Snow Removal Denver, (303) 573-6666 servicing your Commercial or Residential Property.
Here at “Denver Snow Plowing” we know Everybody may have a different way to check their snow plowing Equipment before
the storm but this works for me. The first thing you want to do is what is called a
Pre-trip inspection just like you would on a tractor trailer and it’s the best thing to do so you don’t get caught offguard. When I said and snowstorm moves in.
Always Lift the hood on your plow truck , just as we do here at “Denver snow plowing” and check the engine oil, power steering fluids, windshield washer fluids , and battery connections are tight, this safety check will help you and you will be thankful for getting yourself to do this before a snowstorm moves in but continue to check the belts be sure they are not cracked, or loose, check the coolant level, (with the truck cold not warmed up), check the brake fluid and If low it either means your pads need to be changed, or there is a leak. The fluid went some where! Look around in the motor compartment for any loose wires and make sure your battery cables are tightened, be sure they are not touching or rubbing through anywhere and if so that is a bad thing because something may catch on fire. Now close the hood and proceed to the rest of the inspection.

Then disengage the 4wd and put the transmission back into park and always do this on even ground never on a hill.
